This is a tiny home village and RV resort. It's very clean and well maintained. Pool, hot tub, laundry, coffee stand and small dog park are all nice touches. There is a farmer's market on Saturdays that we didn't get to check out, but it looks nice. There is a large Mexican grocery within very easy walking distance that has just about anything that we need. It seems to be a great little community here.

We have stayed here several times - a few have been extended stays. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Easy access to major roadways without the noise.

Lovely little community off the path. Wish our campsite had a picnic table, because the weather was beautiful, but overall everything was great. Heated pool and hot tub, cable tv worked.

We are from Austin and we’re returning for a visit in our camper. Resort is well located on the east side of town. Easy to get downtown or into midtown in about 15 minutes (if you know Austin, you know this is GOOD!). Shopping is close, grocery’ store right down the road.

Good spacing between camper pads, good nighttime lighting (without being obnoxious), several great dog parks, felt very safe and comfy.

Will definitely call this home when we come back to town.

Large pull through space - first one had a tree that was an issue so staff quickly moved us one over. Away from everything but only 10-15 to UT, the Capital and downtown. Hot tub was nice - everything clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
