We have been in this park for 7 months and its been a great experience. Friendly and helpful manager, friendly neighbors, and secluded spot with a lot of trees. No problem fitting my 37' 5th wheel. Site sizes are not equal but its just the luck of the draw. Some sites have storage sheds which is awesome! Size wouldn't be much of an issue with a smaller trailer. Overall, great place to live, perfect distance to the parks and lake and not too far from downtown Austin.

Delicious rose milk tea with strawberry popping boba. I don't like really sweet drinks so perfect for me.

Moving to Austin Lake Travis area this too could be you… Hello disabled Texan here. I have lived in this beautiful tree covered park two years never once missed rent not even during Covid rent relief or the great Texas freeze of 2020.

In my experience while living here the environment is extremely toxic mostly consisting of unemployed, unfriendly long term people who spend the majority of their time watching and gossiping about new tenants as well as each other.

Often the property is covered in trash and the laundry facility is usually in some capacity out of order. When the dumpster fills up, management prevents tenants from disposing trash sometimes days on end. There is also no recycling on property.

The manager Adolfo who prefers cash in hand over all other payment methods in my opinion greatly lacks integrity. He chooses to join in the spreading of gossip and lies about tenants to other tenants rather than focus on repairs, keeping the area clean and mutually beneficial.

When there is an issue and there always is, generally it is blamed on the actual property owner Loi who you will see patrolling the park around the first of every month while collecting rent. Other than that he doesn’t come around and focuses on the other park he owns in north east Austin.

The reason I decided to move away is a new tenant moved in with a pit bull mix breed who attacked and almost killed my support dog causing thousands in damages only to have the dog owner show up to my door on our security camera threatening us. This was the last straw therefore we decided to move to avoid further conflict.

You’d think paying rent two solid years during Covid would result in a positive rental review however to our surprise what we discovered after following up with the space we intended to relocate our RV to it was brought to light by the honest RV space owner that Adolfo was conspiring against us in retaliation from us reporting the vicious dog attack telling her and others we gave him as a rental reference lies and spreading negativity preventing us from being approved and moving away from this nightmare ultimately resulting in us getting our attorney involved.

I can’t speak for others but I can say in confidence that I would not recommend moving to this RV park after everything I have witnessed.

This is a residential park with very uneven sites. The electric receptacle was falling apart, and to their credit, they came out immediately, and replaced it. We are only here 2 nights to visit a friend in the area.
