Nice quiet, clean rv park. Even gravel spaces. Nice little pool and large areas of grass. We called 2 hours before needing a spot and they accommodated us very quickly. Thanks so much!

Spent one night here Site was level. Pool looks nice. Didn't use the amenities.

Low rating due to constant movement of cars in and out of park all night long.

The staff all seem to have attitudes no matter how nice you are to them , but I guess that trickles down the line from the manager who is border line rude. No trees to park under except in the very back which are all taken up by permeant tenants and empty spots that aren't rentable due to electric or plumbing problems. Small body of water that is said to have alligators in it so don't bring yours kids to this place. You would think they would have to put a fence around it for safety purposes. Teenagers not allowed outside past 9 pm, all that open land and no dog park at all. And It's not a resort it's just a trailer park and not a very nice one. They are not kid or dog friendly at all.

Looks like an okay place when you pull in but don't let that fool you. Big open lot conveniently located off I-10 but that's it. Open sewer pipes all over a big sand lot with a little bit of gravel over the top of it, not to mention the nails and large screws that would give you a flat tire. Only there for 2 nights and it rained a bit but the place should have been able to handle it. All kinds of garbage floated out in the road from the people that live there. We sank 6 inches in the gravel/sand luckily we were able to put our pads under the wheels and get out. I'm sure all of the good reviews are from the people living there and getting a discount for the review. Beware of the paperwork that they have you sign at check-in, they must have problems and that should have been a warning sign. Like a contract holding them responsible for nothing that could go wrong. On the road for over a year now and never have I seen anything like it. I could go on with more but I've said enough and you've been warned. Good luck
