From I-10 (exit 61) & Gautier/VanCleave Rd: Go 3/4 mi S on Gautier/VanCleave Rd, then E on Indian Point Rd to gate.
We really liked this Resort! The reservation was easy and a super friendly rep. We were on a spacious and level concrete pad. Camp sites are well organized and clean. So many amenities! Easy access to I-10 and Hwy 90. We had a great time and will definitely be back! Can't wait!
This Park is a Gem! Staff are the sweetest and most helpful. Park is quiet and away from traffic, clean and we'll maintained. Lots of walking space. Transient sites are large and long, with concrete pads for trailer parking and picnic area. Lots of space to park truck behind. Lots of areas for fishing and parking, however we never made use of this. Nice and clean pools. Would definitely recommend to others. Big bonus, theonsite Restaurant "PawPaw's Kitchen re-opened this weekend. Great buffet, homemade sausage gravy and biscuits, homemade cinnamon rolls, and lots of food variety. Thanks for a wonderful 3 days😀
It is very disappointing to say they would not accept my husband apology because my little 4lb service animal had pooed on the floor upon leaving and checking out and he thought everything was cleaned and picked up he would not leave that on purpose he cleans everything and picks up and that he had accidentally missed and now they want accept his apology and said that we cant stay there anymore and that is wrong and to hung up on someone when they are trying to say that they sorry and didn't see before they left. and he would have been glad to turn around and come back and pick it up but say we can't stay anymore is totally wrong we have sent alot friends and family stay there .and they are not happy for the way acted .most would not apologize but he did .people need understand.that he was trying to do right and they wasn't.
Stayed here for 2 years, had a lot of fun exploring, and going on top of the sand dunes when they were there.
We rented a cabin for the night. There very cute and charming. Everything was clean and functional. Didn't order from the restaurant but was available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price.
