We stayed in the back lot! Smaller than front lot

But nicer. Safe and quiet.

Location is good for Gulfport. Close to the beach.

It is very wet. I was told they have an underground water leak. There were also some very obviously not road ready units camping in the site.

Bathrooms and laundry were clean. Spaces have a good distance between them.

We had reservations for the back (referred in comments as the new park). We arrived and quickly greeted at the office. We liked the look of the front park and asked if we could switch. We were moved and LOVE this place! The comments say it's "loud" and you "hear trains and traffic". We have heard NO noise whatsoever! I don't see a reason anyone would want to deal with driving 8 or so minutes to the "new" park. We have a large concrete pad (all are very large), pull-through, with toy dolly. Our 40 foot motorhome fits perfect and we still have room for another vehicle! The base is SO clean and everyone is super nice! We will definitely be back!

We stayed 10/26/2023-11/12/2023. The place is clean with large sites. While there is road noise and train horns, it's still a great place to stay. The office staff, especially Dave, are exceptional in their help. Clean laundry room and bathrooms. They had a great luncheon for all of the campers while we stayed. That spoke volumes to us.
