Quiet, clean, and accommodating rv park. Pet friendly, you can do laundry, get propane, and walk your dogs or go to the dog park.

Excellently designed RV park, level cement pull thru lots for any size trailer, with lot being higher than the sewage connection - brilliant. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect price. Only 1 public restroom/shower combo, nice laundry facilities, $2/load.

We found this RV park last minute after a change of plans. We were looking for a nice place to spend a few nights. The manager was very welcoming and helpful; we thought we wanted to stay 3 nights, and he made sure we knew once we paid it was non-refundable. We paid for two nights, and he said that if we wanted to stay a third we could pay that morning. He also promised to let us know if it looked like he would get booked. All worked out fine, and we stayed the three nights. It was nice visiting with other campers. Some were there longer term, working in the area. Some were overnighters, returning because it’s such a nice place. Concrete pads were level, all utilities were in good working condition and attractively maintained. The grounds were well kept. This park is close to I20 and US45, so easily accessible for the night. If you stay a few days and want some outdoor activity, go to Bonita Lakes Park, off 19, just south of I20. Beautiful park with lots of trails, from flat and paved to hilly and challenging, but all well maintained.
