My wife and I have been living in Parkwood RV Park since December, 2018. Before deciding on Parkwood RV Park we spent a lot of time researching the various RV Parks here in the local area, including visiting a number of them. Our first and continuing impression of the park, as well as the owner Ken and his father, is that this is the best location for us to reside here in Columbus, MS. The fact that Parkwood RV Park is centrally located to a large number of local businesses was also instrumental in selecting this location.

Ken routinely and regularly monitors the park personally to ensure that the park maintains not only its aesthetic and serene environment, but also makes sure that residents, whether semi-permanent or transitory, adhere to living standards that benefit any other community neighborhood.

We have enjoyed meeting and visiting with the various semi-permanent and transitory residents here at the park. Sharing with them the local opportunities and amenities available in the Columbus and east Mississippi area as well as sharing experiences in the nomadic lifestyle.

Kenny, Kens’ father, goes to great lengths to ensure that the park stays clean, neat, debris and trash free. Ken makes sure that if there are any issues with provided services (electricity, water, sewer, laundry facilities) that the issues are addressed promptly to best support his tenants. He regularly checks in with residents and ensures we know if local weather conditions have the potential to affect us adversely.

Because of the reasons listed above my wife and I decided not to buy or rent a house or apartment here in Columbus. We will continue to reside at Parkwood RV Park, and have purchased a newer RV to expand our living space……and we will continue to stay right here.

We look forward to a chance meeting should you come by for a long or short stay. Also we are looking forward to the expansion of Parkwood RV Park that is currently underway to add a great number of pull-through spaces. The best way that I could say it would be….Come by and stay awhile….Peace Out...

Very convenient spot off the highway. Highway traffic not loud at all. Ken was very friendly and communication was 10/10. Honor system so bring cash or check. Ended up getting a pull thru cause I'm lazy. Very quiet, very clean!!!!!! I highly recommend Parkwood RV Park

Parkwood RV Park is conveniently located at the intersection of U.S. Hwys 45 & 82 in Columbus, MS, only a few minutes drive from downtown, the MS Tennessee Williams Welcome Center, antebellum homes, great shopping, excellent restaurants, and coffee shops including a Starbucks. This is a new facility with well-designed pull-through concrete pads & plenty of room between lots. This location is low crime, but video cameras are mounted throughout, which are actually monitored by the owner, so I feel extra safe. Whether you are looking for a place to stay overnight or long-term, in Columbus, MS, you cannot beat Parkwood RV.

When we come home, we love staying here. It gated and has security cameras everywhere. I know we're safe. They have made so many upgrades since they opened. I love it more and more. It is close to everything around here, so it makes it easier to see family.

I've stayed at Parkwood several times now, as I travel through this area a couple of times a year to visit family. Always easy, and located very near to all kinds of amenities. Ken is always available, and has been really responsive to any questions I had.

I've stayed on the limestone pads on the west side, and on the new concrete pads on the east side as well. Both are great, and he has 30 and 50 amp service.

This place is super clean, quiet, and has fantastic WIFI. I recommend this to anyone.

Thanks Ken! Great Place!
