Well maintained area on the land, and the lake appears to be well stocked with fish. There is a slot limit on bass. As posted, you may keep 10 under 14" & 1 over 22". All others must be released.
It's quiet and clean, the fishing is a little slow at times but we love the piece and quiet.
Beautiful area camping fishing , boating fishing was a little slow but it hadn't warm up enough. You will enjoy it town not far away
The campground is super nice & quiet, however some women thinks they own the bath house, 90% of the time I went to use the bathrooms the door was locked. If you need a private bathroom, use your camper or go get a motel. It’s for all the campers, not just you. Get over yourself.
I have talked to the State about the closure and was told it was because of the storm back at the end of March. Once it is cleaned up it should reopen. Best guess, sometime in mid to late September.
