Near the Natchez State Parkway. 42 sites with full hookups, laundry, and cable.
From I-20 (exit 36): Go 2 blocks S on Springridge Rd.
We were very disappointed with this park. It is actually a mobile home park which appears to be good. The RV area looks like an old drive-in and the asphalt is crumbling. The hookups for two sites are shared space. The spaces are narrow. We had great difficulty parking where we could extend our slide. There wasn't space to exit our camper safely. There was no room for vehicle parking. The bathrooms appeared clean but there were dirty rings in the toilet and neglect was obvious. We would not consider staying here again.
This place has horrible management. Mrs. Germany picks and choices who she wants there and she is very judgemental. She allows a person to continually take another off the lease and back on the lease without notification and she does not follow up on the paperwork for a mobile home because the one on lot d21 was not ever in the previous owners name to be sold to begin with. A background check was done after the sale and then the one who paid the bills was not allowed to remain in mobile home after the death of said owner and she would not give a reason. I would not recommend this place unless you are friends with Mrs. Germany or you become friends with her because she will make you miserable and homeless. God Bless Her
I arrived Saturday afternoon. No one was there. There was a note on the door that said to tenants that if they are one day late on rent they have to pay a $100 fine. Next to this it says Good Sam .
Eventually, A person showed up at the office. They charged me $33.00.
I asked for the WiFi code. She said unless you are standing within 10 feet of her door they have no WiFi
access. I then asked for the code to the restroom. She said, “it’s on the receipt”. Later that day I tried to enter the restroom with the code given on the receipt, and it did not work.
There is a touch screen keypad on the restroom door that has no * symbol as listed on the receipt.
I gave up after 10 minutes and requested the help of another guest. He could not figure it out, so we called the office number. It went to voicemail to this day I did not get a return call . The pool was closed and the area for your dog is very small. The RV parking is very close together and there is no grass. It is all pavement. The positive is that it is clean and quiet.
This has been my experience.
We were in need of a place to stay while temporarily in the greater Jackson area. We contacted a few different campgrounds but found most places had no monthly sites available. My husband spoke with Sheila and she was very kind and helpful. She was understanding of our special circumstances and made my husband feel confident that Springridge was where we needed to stay. So far, our stay has been very comfortable. The complex is quiet and feels very safe. Laundry/bath facilities are adequate. They even have an app where you can pay for your laundry and keep an eye on how much time remains on your load! We have had no trouble with hookups. Location is great with several restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping (Walmart, Dollar General, Kroger) nearby.
Nothing but a Parking lot with Rv hookups. Sites are tight and totally un level. Would not recommend or stay here again even if they paid me.
