This was a very pleasant surprise.. the owner and staff were very friendly. The rates were very fair..we really enjoyed the openness and walking down to the water and sitting on the dock. There were only 4 sites, but a couple of long term people that live there year round. I would highly recommend you check them out, it’s a gem..

We took advantage of one of the RV sites during our stay... it was just what we needed for the weekend. Full hookups with cable and WiFi with a clean bathhouse. Spots here are limited but the price is very reasonable and the owner is very friendly and accommodating.

In the process of rebuilding after a storm damage.. couldn't ask for friendlier people. Complimentary car if you need to get anything outside of there. Other than cosmetic damage, great place!

They do have WiFi, water, and some electric. No fuel or gas. Restrooms were not very clean. Afraid to look at showers. It seems to have deteriorated a LOT from previous reviews. No courtesy car that we were offered--we were just told it was 6 miles to anything. There are derelict, some even sunken, vessels in some of the slips. Some are being occupied by permanent residents, whose "homes" we had to walk through on the dock to reach the shore. We paid for a night and left before dark.
