They really need some help. We called made a reservation could never get a holding anybody to check a reservation make sure there wasn't an issue. The day of our arrival we called like we're supposed to to get our lot number they gave us lot 32 which basically does not exist. And I asked for a gate code they said there was not a gate. When we got there there was a gate I had to wait 15 minutes for someone kind enough to come talk to us that was staying there as well that let us in with their gate code. Then I found out 32 did not really exist it had a number but no electrical no sewer hookup. We called back and told him we took spot 50 they told us that was not available We asked him what could we do they hung up on us We called again and asked who we're speaking to they hung up on us I think you kind of get the idea.

As far as Casino RV parks go, it was the norm. A place to park and a small strip of grass. Could definitely use some TLC (grass, trimming, trees, etc...), but then again, it's a casino. The casino was good. I don't think we left with any more than we started with, but had we not gone to the other casinos, we most likely would have been winners. Boomtown had more reasonable slots that at least hit bonuses once in a while. The other casinos sucked and their machines were Vegas prices. It's no wonder there were hardly any people there. If we come back to Biloxi we would probably return.

My husband and I visited Biloxi for a few days and rented a spot at this rv park. You have to call when you are almost there to get your spot # and the access code to gate… with that being said, we had to call 3 different times because there was someone parked in the spot they had assigned to us. There is no one onsite, no 24 hr security as advertised, and you are just SOL if you are expecting the internet to actually work or be able to get access to it. And if you call there is t any one that knows anything about anything. It is simply a spot to park your trailer or rv but that is completely it. It did have electricity, water and sewage but don’t expect them to go above that. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.

When we first arrived, we called and they gave us the WRONG gate code. A camper already in the park helped us with the correct code. Later in the week when we were out in the afternoon, they changed the gate code. When we called, they tried first to give us the old code. Again, someone already in the park helped us out. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY! They have our email, why not use it! Grrrrr
