The park is located south of Gibsonburg on S.R. 300, S. Main St.
Clean bathrooms and showers. Every site that we know of has electric, some have water. The rooster across the street is hilarious, as he calls at night when the sun's setting but not in the morning when we were here. Last night behind lot 17 there was a gathering of a coyote family howling. It's almost like they're laughing, much much different than wolves which are extinct in this area. Will definitely be back. In the summer the swimming hole across the street is fantastic.
Had my son and daughter in law stay in tent on my sight. Huge sight , 25,right across from bathhouse. Go to my utube channel... David vasher... To see more. 👍🇺🇸.beach and quarry right across street.,
Absolutely love this campgrounds and have been a coming here for 3 years! Has fire wood for $5 a bundle. Sites are perfectly spaced. Great for tents and campers. Electric and water at every site. Rangers are also amazing. Great shower houses, hot water in the showers after they run once or twice. They are on a timer so you have to keep pressing the button for water. They have large rest rooms on both sides if the shower house.
The restrooms and shower houses are clean. I just hated having to push the button every 25 seconds to start the water. The campground is very basic so make sure you have ways to entertain yourselves. The weekend we stayed the whole campground seemed to be partying until 2a.m on Friday (which did not bother us too much) Saturday wasn’t as bad. Overall it was a great little experience.
