My family and I brought our 5th wheel to Salem Farms and had an incredible experience. We are on a summer long trip, and needed to bring our 5th wheel to have the fridge fixed. The campground was nice enough to allow us to move into a rental unit for the 2 nights needed while this was happening, didnt charge us for our regular site those 2 nights despite the short notice and were super helpful for the entire process! After returning with our camper, we had an electrical issue at the site (50 amp breaker) kept tripping on the post. I called, and within 20 minutes someone was there to change the breaker out at 6 PM at night.

I will say this camp ground has a lot of rules, unfortunately the rules are due to guests that have done some dumb things. Do not focus on every rule, focus on being a good person, and the 'rules' will not infringe on anything you are trying to do.

This was one of the friendliest campground we have stayed at in the north east, and we hope to stop by again someday!

My family and I started as weekend campers years ago which eventually we became seasonal campers. Brian & Theresa welcomed us into their family orientated campground with open arms. The staff always provides exceptional customer service & we enjoy patronizing their store & love the snack bar!! The grounds, pools, bathrooms are always clean. We can’t thank the Cinea family, their extended families & staff enough for prioritizing a safe and well run campground!!

Amazing family run campground. Lots of fun activities for the whole family. The roads are all safe due to enforced speed limits -my grandkids love to run around and ride skateboards and bikes. The owners couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. This is our first summer here at Salem Farms and we can’t wait to come back!!

Run down campground, constantly bothered that we were loud when is was before quiet time. One of the pool liners riped and not fixed. Bathrooms dirty. Staff not friendly. I have camped at many campgrounds in the area and there are much better choices than this one. Spend your money elsewhere or just camp in your backyard you will be bothered less

Bad experience! Quiet time is at 11:00 pm, but they really want you to be quiet at 7:30 pm. If you want to do anything past 8:00 PM, forget about it. If you want to make some s’mores and listen to a little music around the fire pit, forget about it, this is not the place for it. Play scape is small and not much there for kids under the age of eight! Staff and some of the seasonal people are a bunch of Karen’s and boy Karen’s. Let’s not even get started with peoples dogs barking all morning and evening. There are not many young families with children here. Majority of seasonal people are older folks. If your looking for complete quite and nothing to do this is the place for you! They charge $12.00 for visitors. There are so many better campgrounds in Salem, and surrounding towns!
