It is just that, a Haven to escape from it all. RV Haven is a very quaint, secluded, and peaceful place just off the beaten noisy path but convenient to everything in the area. There is abundant nature to enjoy as you relax and take in the beauty, peacefulness, and tranquility among the scattered oak trees.

I stayed here two nights in one of the cabins and it was wonderful!

The location is perfect. Beautiful lake, beautiful birds, everything was just incredible.

The owners were great to work with. Great communications, great welcome when I arrived, answered any questions I had, and very, very friendly.

I cannot recommend Texas Hills highly enough. Please book a stay here as soon as you can. You'll fall in love, just like I did!

Can't wait to get back!

The interior of the Lake House is very well maintained and just beautiful! We happened to be there during a drought so the water level was low but this property is still conveniently located to other lake-access areas. Jeff was wonderful to work with and still allowed us to borrow their kayaks free if charge! The lack of cable and internet connection may seem daunting at first but it certainly helped my family to connect in person instead of just online. The only other thing to be mindful of is to wear good shoes due to sticker burs. I think Jeff is already in the process of trying to rid the property of those but I would still recommend closed toed shoes or boots when walking outside. Overall a wonderful experience and I personally would love to return!

We had an amazing weekend. Totally private with a beautiful lake view. Jeff and his wife had everything set up for us and we’re so nice and accommodating. The cabin was super cleaned and fully stocked. Paddle boats, kayaks, and floats were free and fun. There’s even a family of ducks around. We will definitely be coming back again next year!

Great RV spot, easy access.

Electric, water and sewer hookup all in decent condition.

Nice spot to stay if you plan on heading out to some of the other classic hill country towns and attractions.

I have always enjoyed the surrounding area since I was a kid. This place was reasonably priced and had all you need.

Winery up the road less than 10 min, convenience store less than 10 min up road. Venture out!

Jeff was super friendly and accommodating. We are new to the RV world and Jeff went above and beyond in helping us get set up. The lake levels being so low right now actually made for a uniquely enjoyable stay. The view off of rv spot #10 out into the lake bed meadow is beautiful especially in the morning.
