Stayed just one night on our way down to RGV. Reservation system was easy and received confirmation and site number in an email. Park was easy to find, clean, and quiet.

My only negative was that I could not located a park map with site numbers on the website and we did not see any site direction signs when we entered the park. Since we were in 40 ft motorhome with a tow vehicle - some prior knowledge or the park layout would have been nice. Maybe they were there and I just couldn’t find them.

Would stay at this park again.

Update: apparently I am blind because the park map was on a separate page in my welcome email. Apologies!!

I enjoyed two months with a friend at Southbound RV and Cabins in the RV area. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and keep the park very neat. There are open spaces for walking. I enjoyed the rural location which was convenient to nearby shopping and historic Victoria. New Year’s Eve Carla and Chris put on a super fireworks show. Thank you.

This is such a wonderful little paradise! Hubby & I stayed in a fully furnished & CLEAN super cute cabin! Did I mention clean? It was quiet & we had a pond full of ducks to feed & enjoy! The family that owns this park is welcoming & so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Hands down the most amazing camp ground. Worth the money. Owners are down to earth and genuinely great people. The camp ground is beautifully arranged and thoughtfully taken into consideration to best suit a peaceful camping experience. The staff is carefully selected to not only embody good customer service, but are the best customer service individuals u’ll possibly encounter in the Victoria area.

We stayed overnight at Southbound as we were literally southbound to the RGV and our stay was pleasant. We appreciated that Southbound was conveniently along our route. The sites are full hookups, though we chose not to connect to sewage for overnight. We were pleased to find a nice laundry room available to us. The campground is safe, clean, and quiet. There is some highway noise but the campground itself is quiet. There are several long term campsites but they are neat and people were friendly. The staff there are exceptional and very helpful.
