I contacted 2 companies that were referred to me about a week ago and only Rodgers returned my message. He responded almost immediately and I advised my issue. He asked for a picture of the model and I sent it. He knew immediately what it would take to repair our problem. Told me what and where to get my replacement. Once I received what I needed for the replacement he came out that afternoon and took care of us. Very respectful and efficient work. Will definitely use him for any future problems.
Had some issues with another person and Cody came out the same day and took care of the issues we had with our RV! He did everything he said he would do and did a great job! Very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone needing help with their RV! Thank you again for everything! Brenda

Boy where do I start… first of all I appreciate the fact that Cody is the only one, after several encounters with other mobile rv techs, that actually completed all of my repairs right the first time. I had a slue of issues with my brand new rv after taking delivery.
Cody is professional, knowledgable and shows up when he says he will be there. I had several other mobile rv companies schedule and then never show. Cody not only made repairs timely, he worked with the warranty department to get the necessary parts that we needed ordered. He also fixed issues that previous mobile rv techs said they repaired, but either didn’t have the knowledge or just flat lied and didn’t make the repair.
I highly recommend Rogers RV Mobile repair to anyone in need of these services. I know I will solely use Cody going forward.
Can I get the remaining 2 issues taken care of within a couple of weeks? You are absolutely the best. I just need to wrap up warranty work asap!😉
As an older female there are a lot of technicians out there who look to take advantage of the situation. Cody is not that type. He explains so you can understand and assists you in making an informed decision that fits your circumstances without pressure. He always goes that extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with the work and the results. 2days after installing my heater he texted me just to make sure I was now nice and warm. He also makes sure to clean up his work area and removes his shoes before entering. I have no misgivings about allowing him access inside and trust him to get the job done right the first time.
