We stayed one night. The bathrooms were clean. Owners and manager were great and the price was right.
Love the manager she is fantastic addresses any problems I have lived here for 11 years neighbors are great we all look out after each other's property and we have have security the owners are good people and Fair

I wouldn't even give him a one star , They are nasty trailers are, so they don't even got a yard. It smells and has a sign about leeches in the back of the property.
A good place to stop for a reasonable rate. We stayed 2 nights. Cash only. The utilities worked well. This place is mostly long term with a few rentals way in the back. The back area could use some cleanup and maintenance. We will be back when in the area.
