La Casita is one of the best communities in the DFW area. Very well kept management is super hands on very helpful and you can see they are invested in the community. The residents are very friendly as well!
I chose la Casita mobile home community over all the other ones in the whole metroplex .I looked at and drove through all the properties that offered this style of living and settled on this one. I like the way it is laid out like a regular neighborhood with lots of street lights and how friendly everyone was and how quiet it was here day and night. There's a very nice clubhouse which is very large with full kitchen my family has had several Thanksgiving and birthday parties ,baby showers,and Church Senior groups meeting here. a very well equipped fitness room with workout equipment. A very large pool area and it's a saltwater pool which is better for you than swimming in a chlorinated pool. La Casita strives to make this a pleasant place to live.
Robert and Romona are wonderful landlords their very professional, they and their staff are always on top of things, and I know alot of people would give anything to live here. I've been here 7 years and I love my community. Thank you for making this a safe place to live.
My wife and I moved to LaCasita a few months ago. It has been a great experience. Ramona and Robert were very helpful with the process of buying in the park. They have strict rules, which help keep the park clean, and nice. I've been able to reserve the clubhouse for special events, and Ramona made it easy and it's a nice perk. We moved from another park that allowed for rentals, I must say being owner occupied here makes a difference.
