About Campground

Camp and go tubing or kayaking on the sunny Brazos River. We have river front RV Spots, pull thru, as well as Shaded Spots. We have a back 40 dedicated just for primitive camping, and if you love to fish, then we are for you! On Sat night in the Spring and Summer we have Dancing and Karaoke in our Party Barn.

It is BYOB and there is no glass allowed please. We do allow friendly pets, but they must be on a leash at all times. It is best to make a reservation in the summer time.

If you are looking for a place to live, or a rental we do take a select few. Just give us a call.

Awesome place to go tubing. Been here twice already. They provide the tubes, air machines (if needed), and transportation (on a school bus or church van!) to the river. River is super clean and they make it a point to pick up after yourself as well as others (love it!). Super friendly staff. Not too far from dallas and makes a great day trip. Watch out for visible rocks and water level. Plenty of places to stop and beach out or even cliff jump-please don't dive. They also offer other things like kayaks, ice, and camping. Totally recommend!

Hillbilly, this certainly describes this lower scale campsite. All of the campers we met were great people, but the owner's running the place didn't do such a great job on upholding reservations, it was a bit of a fiasco. The place is full of trash, red ants, and pretty disorganized. You're lucky if your electricity holds up during your trip. I must say the river is beautiful and if you can turn your head on all I mentioned above you will have a good time like we did.

But that's if you're able to look the other way. When we return to the river it will be across at a different location.

Very nice place , and things are going good the Brazos River is very beautiful. Come on out,I was going to stay just a few days at first.. But I'm still here. And Love it. The people just need to pick up there trash (Campers and tent Campers) and please people need to stop bringing glass and pick up your trash to save some ones Bare Feet. I'm sure the owners would appreciate it and the workers don't have to do that because it keeps them from helping the people and doing there job.. but anyway it's awesome and beautiful.. much love to the people here. Come on out only 15 minutes from Weatherford .. fishing, canoeing, kayaking, Tube Floating the Brazos during summer and when the water is not to cold.. Just come out relax and enjoy this place.. that know one knows about.. from me telling them.. thanks to all the people and the new friends.. love it

This place is great for family. Very friendly people. Price is cheap compared to any other place to have a little fun. The tubes are nice. Camping is available. Plenty of shade trees, river is easily accessible. Drinking alcohol IS allowed. Plenty of places to stop and have a little picnic on the side of the Brazos if you wanted. Some nice rocks to stop and jump off of.....

I recommend to anyone driving down I-20 as a stop off or for a full on weekend vacation.
