Nasty disgusting rooms. The wall trim was peeled from and laying on the floor. I pulled back the only sheet there was in the bed, and the mattress had deep burn holes and stains. I was moved to the another room immediately it had roaches crawling on the wall and table. I left screaming...

Lesson learned. Cheap prices-you get what you pay for. No respect for veterans or customers period!!! I just left this location and the front desk clerk was so rude and unprofessional. Do NOT go to this location. Horrible customer service and extremely rude service.

I asked about accepting service animals since there were “No Animals Allowed” signs all over the premises. He instantly asked to see my shepherds(service animal- I’m a disabled veteran) papers or I’d need to go somewhere else. I told him my paperwork was as packed in the U-Haul. He immediately told me I had to leave and go some where else. I said technically I don’t need to supply the paperwork, just her service card. Then he accused me of lying and said I have no proof. I said I did, it was in the truck. He again accused me of lying. I asked him what his name was. He refused to give me his name. I said I wanted to know his name so I could report his inappropriate behavior to his manager in the morning. He said he didn’t need to supply me with anything, said welcome to Texas and told me to get out or he would call the police because I’m trespassing. I love Texas but this was the worst experience with a Texan I’ve ever had. It’s 1:30am and I’ve travels from south Florida and saw this place off the highway.!

A HEN PROUD OF HER EGGS WONT LAY EGGS IN NONE OF THIS ROOMS.THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. NASTY PLACE, NASTY ROOMS, ROOMS STINK. I changed rooms 3 times and end up sleeping in my truck since I was out of hours of service and all truck parking around the area was full, so I pay $65 for a truck parking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SO YOU DONT REGRET IT AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It's outdated. It was a cold night and heater took a while to get going. Night manager was friendly and professional. We needed a place to sleep for a few hours. So it was ok

Precious God, just don't go here....

I've attached a photo of the first room they gave me...

My first clue not to go here were the online reviews, but I said to myself, you're not that picky and it's like 20 degrees outside, just go. So I did... my second clue not to stay here should have been the couple having sex in a pick up truck in the parking lot.... or all of the trash on the ground surrounding the place...

The super nice guy in the office gave me a key to a second room (see attached pictures of first room) and I walked back up to the second level and went in..... God, it was just depressing, dim, had a terrible aroma...like body fluids, regret, shame and cigarette smoke all blended into one toxic infusion.

My heart kind of breaks for the owners of this place...idk what the right way to get things into shape might be, but I just could not stomach it, and I've stayed in some pretty bad places, this just wasn't my day for it.
