Experience the ultimate full service RV campground and cabin rental in Stephenville, Texas! We offer a full service campground for nightly or monthly rental, cabin rentals and stall rentals. The campground and cabin rentals include the use of our top of the line facility.
We have an outdoor lighted arena with incredible ground for all equine events, outdoor patio and stalls available for our guests as well. The arena is available for use by tenants or available for lease on an hour by hour basis to the public. We have big plans for the future and hope that you join our newly founded community!

Very friendly atmoshpere. Ranch manager invited us over to watch roping pracitce. Beautiful facility. If you enjoy horses this is the place.
Gilbert is one of the owners I know. He is very friendly and very well liked amongst the residents. He is very fair when it comes to a very rare issue at the camp. I really miss that place and can't wait to get back there. Texas is in my blood now due to the 4C'group.. really look forward to seeing y'all...
OWNER IS A CREEP ON YOUNG WOMEN! Family friend moved to the 4C's with RV & horse only to be constantly harassed by the owner who is in his 50's. Owner told the young lady she was not allowed to have male counterparts over to her RV even though she was a PAYING Tenant there, owner initially helped her move her horse tack into his private tack room, told her she could keep her tack inside, less than 48 hrs later when she continued to decline his advances to go to lunch, dinner, out for drinks, he demanded she remove her things from his tack room stating that room was for "owners" only. Things only continued to decline from there as he would sit outside her RV and watch her comings & goings which were witnessed by others staying @ the park. Young lady had not even been there a full 3 weeks! When she had enough she told him she was not interested in anything physically or romantically with him, she didn't appreciate how uncomfortable he was making her feel, couple of days later he asked her when she was moving so he could rent her spot, HE NEVER NOTIFIED HER SHE NEEDED TO MOVE! When she would leave the RV park he would text her and call her back to back non stop, if she did not answer his texts he would show up to her RV Creep thinks just because he has a few gold buckles and by all appearances is an outstanding member of his community gives him a free pass to treat women in their 20's like they belong to him BUT WE SEE YOU GILBERT! If you have a daughter or are a young women DO NOT STAY HERE!
We stopped in for a couple night in between hot shot loads. Owner was extremely accommodating to our needs. Gilbert was very friendly and went of his way to make room for our loads. Property clean and well kept.
The 4 C’s Rodeo Ranch is truly one of a kind! If you are looking for a safe and uplifting environment, this is the place for you! I have completely enjoyed my residence at the 4 C’s Rodeo Ranch this past year. The owner has been so kind and runs a great horse facility. I have felt completely safe. His manager does an excellent job as well. I would definitely recommend the 4C’s Rodeo Ranch!
