The park has a country setting. The highway out front is very busy, and you really gotta be careful! Mostly month to month long term renters. Good facilities. Great firepit area. The sites are on terraces due to the hilly terrain. Unfortunately there's some erosion which the owner appears to be addressing already. My site was not level and pooled water and mud from poor drainage. I know I could have moved to another site, but I was working fulltime and really didn't have the time or energy to move.
We've been here almost a month and love it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The people here are friendly. It's very peaceful and no riff raff. Lots of amenities and things to do. A huge step up from the last park we stayed at on Midway Rd.
We stayed 2 nights only. Nice owner and layout of sites. Great big grassy dog park that was clean. The main issue was the grading of the sites. The whole park is built on a hillside, but the sites are not level enough. Every trailer had the levelers maxed out and/or used blocks. The owner was very nice and brought blocks for me so I could get level. With the sewer on the back end it was actually higher than my dump outlet. That made draining the tank a challenge to say the least. Also the steps were a big issue as you can see in the picture.
Spent a few months at this park and initially things were fine. However, when we had to complain about the amount of nighttime noise coming from our partying neighbors, one of owners shows up and stands outside drinking and partying with residents. When confronted about this behavior, the ‘manager’ gives us our money back and we get out of there. Not worth the hassle of poor management and rowdy residents.
I have only good things to say about this park. The owner is real nice and has a very professional attitude. I like that they are more concerned with the happiness of the people staying over the "money", they don't tolerate toxicity and push to keep a safe environment. They keep this park very clean and manicured. I just love the manager, she is incredibly sweet and runs a tight ship around here. You talk to her about a problem, it gets solved right away. Everyone here seems to like her, she has gone above and beyond to make people comfortable here. They have 3 full bath/showers, a clubhouse fully equipped kitchen, washers and dryers, workout room, game room, poker table, pool table, volleyball and basketball court, places for the kiddos to play... they even have some places in the park you can grill and sit outside to eat. I highly recommend this RV Park for both long term and short term stay.
