I have lived here for two years now and have nothing but good things to say about the place.
It is spotless, quiet, very well maintained and the other folks living here are nice and just friendly enough.
And it is safe. The gated entrance keeps out people who don't belong here, as does the background check the place runs. As proof the place is safe, I accidentally left my door open for thee days and other than finding someone else's cat in my RV, nothing was disturbed!

The most amazing customer service of any park we have been to.thanks to manager Ashley. The park is kept very clean. It has a major plus in that it has two large dog parks, most places you are lucky to have one. Towards the front the highway is very noisy. We also had as much free firewood as we wanted. We had relatives visit us while we were there for the month. They loved it too. Thanks Clean Living rv park. HAD A wonderful time. Eve Price
I guess everything went well there. I like it because it is close to two almost every store in Briar Tx.
We stayed here a few months and just moved out. It's a great park. Absolutely safe. I never felt uncomfortable being out with my dogs at night. A lot of friendly people live there. After we moved out, our rent was taken out for the next month. The manager is never available on weekends. There is no emergency number. He is a nice young man, but can be a little slow to do things.
