Boy where do I start… first of all I appreciate the fact that Cody is the only one, after several encounters with other mobile rv techs, that actually completed all of my repairs right the first time. I had a slue of issues with my brand new rv after taking delivery.
Cody is professional, knowledgable and shows up when he says he will be there. I had several other mobile rv companies schedule and then never show. Cody not only made repairs timely, he worked with the warranty department to get the necessary parts that we needed ordered. He also fixed issues that previous mobile rv techs said they repaired, but either didn’t have the knowledge or just flat lied and didn’t make the repair.
I highly recommend Rogers RV Mobile repair to anyone in need of these services. I know I will solely use Cody going forward.
Can I get the remaining 2 issues taken care of within a couple of weeks? You are absolutely the best. I just need to wrap up warranty work asap!😉
