We stayed at RoadRunner Travelers RV Park for several days in January 2024. We loved the friendly and helpful folks, spacious sites, and beautiful views! The work you’re putting into the landscaping at each site and around the park as well as the nicely designed common areas is wonderful. Appreciate that you’re a Dark Sky location too. This was our first visit to the Big Bend area and we were amazed. Looking forward to having RoadRunner Travelers as our “home base” for future visits!

This campground was recommended by a YouTube channel we watch and it seemed like a great location. We arrived early in the day, and saw our name on the welcome board, showing our site. It was literally next to the welcome board. Therefore, over the next 6 days, we answered camp host questions, as everyone assumed we were the host, located immediately next to the board. Water pressure was adequate, electric (50 amp) was spot on and consistent, sewer was close, and the site was level. There are no trees - anywhere as this is the desert - so our Starlink had no problem finding its way. The campground is well-kept and dog friendly. This is one of the few campgrounds we found where guests were very respectful cleaning up after their dogs. It is easy to access and move around the campground. Our site was very short even though we stated we were 43 ft long, so our towed vehicle parked in an odd area. The site was only long enough for our coach and nothing more. Since this is the desert, keeping your windows open on a nice day will only invite dust. The owners are very nice and accommodative, and offered to comp us on our next visit due to the host duties we performed, as well as the short site. Over all, this campground is recommended. NOTE - there are no showers or bathrooms - you must be self contained.

Quite, no one bothered us. Great place to walk your dog. Coyotes come right up to the park so be mindful of your pets. Well maintained they are still building and improving. Full hook ups, there is no bath house or public toilets. But that is no issue if you’re in a RV. Close to Big Bend National Park. Would stay here again

Unique place. Great location just 3 miles to Big Bend National Park. About 11 to Big Bend Ranch State Park. Easy to get to. Clean. Organized. Peaceful. Owners were super helpful with information about the area. And help with extending our stay. We loved it. Highly recommend. Hope to get back! Thank you for providing such a neat place to stay. We wish you success!

I am sure this will be a five-star RV park soon. It is still under development, and there were just electric only hookups available to us at the time; although, they do have full hookups at some sites. It is just a work in progress. Very gracious and friendly campground owner. One night, they provided live music under the stars with campfires. They have a fenced area for dogs, a gathering area for with fire pits and games. Don't look for an office, though. You will have to call, make reservations online, or the owner is usually around and available. I didn't see any showers or laundry, but I think they had a restroom. Nice large sites for any size rig and easy to get around. They have a dump station with fresh potable water. It is located close to Big Bend National Park, The Ranch at Big Bend State Park, and Terlinqua, where you should definitely go and have dinner at the Starlight Theater. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
