People are very friendly here. Unfortunately this is not a place for big RV. Spaces are small very difficult to go in and out, and with so many overhang and trees on both sides of the lot, so you may have trouble to open your slide out. They also have a big problem with ants. Your vehicle filled with ants every day you parked on the grass.

We had such a great stay here at Paradise Park. Activities abound at this park. We stayed 5 months through the winter. Pool is the best in the area. Work out room, billiards, shuffleboard, music, dances, shows, potlucks, and so much more.

Check out the video on YouTube at Coolest Life.

Wonderful place to retire or stay as a Winter Texan. Gated community. Beautiful pool and lots of activities when you want to play and quiet when you want to relax. Residents are super friendly. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Awesome location. 30 mins to South Padre.

LOVE THE HUGE HEATED POOL!! We stayed 5 nights. Most of the residents here are annual - it’s a great retirement village.

Our power box had issues when we arrived. Fortunately we had a power cord extension to reach to the neighboring box. Within THREE DAYS the very friendly manager had a repairman out! I’ve never seen that before!

This is by far the worst place we've stayed. We traveled for over 5 years and full time for almost 2.

We've gone from Oregon to Florida. Never had issues.

We were assigned a site that was not big enough due to the neighbor that took 1/3 of our pad when his stabilizers. So we just picked another spot.

Our welcome package was not there like it should have been since the office was closed. No biggie. So we go in the morning.

Went to an ice cream social and it was over. Not a problem, but one of the residence approaches use almost yelling our dog can't be there. No signs. Turns out of we had the welcome package we would have known that.

Beyond that, the sites are very narrow and the property is not that great. Again we've even stayed at sites right of the highway for one night stays that were a bit sketchy

In the end we left after one night when we were booked there for 3 weeks.
