Yeah it's an okay place to live it's cheap I think it's like $140 a month after the first 3 months at 175 dollars no amenities at all though they do mow the lawn and they do water and sewer and garbage in that same price
A very good place if you want to rent a spot for your rv or mobile home very good price and peaceful
This is my home 4 months of the year. Not as many activities as the big parks but more economical. Lots of history. Built in 1928 and was the first park in the Valley.
