If I could give 0 starts I would. Staff is racist and rude, and the maintenance guy and his wife think they were on top of everybody; they live there. We lived there for 5 years and the rent would go up so much every year, and too many rules! We couldn’t even celebrate my brothers birthday in peace because they kept going to our house to complain about every single thing. They told us to leave because of my dog who was NEVER outside, literally only for his business. Supposedly because he’s considered “dangerous” but there’s a guy there who has a pit bull who hasn’t left and I’m sure they haven’t bothered him. Not just him but there’s other people that have “dangerous” dogs. If you search up on Google Top dangerous dogs, that pit bull will come up! And they haven’t done nothing about him, but they had the guts to kick us out of there!
This is a great location in Houston with respectful neighbors that go out of thier way to help each other out. The Manager, Ashley is very professional and resourceful in every way! I recommend this RV Park to anyone who wants to call it a home!
I have been here for 13 years. It has been a rollercoaster ride dealing with different people as management changes.
Shady Oak Village is a very great community its a pet friendly place ill lived here several years with no problem any question or concern i have they get it done , have a brand new drive way to get the year i cant get any happier !
They do all kinds of great stuff for their residence they also have a food program for kids 18 and under partnered with Helping Hands they start serving the food at 3:00p right there by the office and it's free for kids 18 and under ..go check it out also their management team is awesome!
