My wife and I check this park out back in July 2022 when we took a vacation to see what was available around Mission, Texas. We visited a few and found this one to fit our needs. The price is fair for what we have have. We pulled our RV down here from Illinois the last week in November 2022 and have been here about 3 weeks. We cannot say enough about our choice of campgrounds. The site we picked is perfect and our neighbors are awesome. We feel welcome here which is a big plus for us. I highly recommend this campground and I would say if you are shopping around to keep coming back to review this one as they are constantly making improvements.

We had such a wonderful stay and was sad to have to move on to the next job. Jess and her family are wonderful people and they are doing so much to make the park amazing!

Good community meaning the neighbors but really bad landlord she doesn’t allow felons with little charges but she allows sex offenders to live there and it’s a child friendly community I know who they are and multiple people there do as well and she charges extra on the light because She gets 17% out of the bill not to mention she charges 50$ late fee when a normal late fee is Averaged around 25-30$ she picks and chooses her favorites when honestly it is supposed to be all equal I can be mean and say rude things but it isn’t my job to be a hater all im stating is the facts about this trailer park community “I HOPE YALL TAKE MY COMMENT INTO CONSIDERATION”
