Conveniently located between Harlingen & Brownsville. Go south from Harlingen about 3 to 4 miles on Express 77/83 (toward Brownsville.) Immediately following Ed Carey Drive, take the Paso Real (509 south) exit on to the Frontage Rd. Turn right at first intersection & continue on 509 South, Paso Real road for 1 1/2 miles to Barber Road. Turn left and continue left on to Turner Road - a short distance to First Colony. Welcome!
This RV park has gone downhill fast. They rip you off on electricity amd everything. Added an additional fee of $20 to electric this month saying it's for using electric during certain hours of the say. What does that even mean? Electric this month is $141 for a 28 foot trailer with me being gone a week without using electric and very careful with using excessive electricity. If I get my yard mowed once a month then I'm lucky. I rarely ever have neighbors do to poor service so I guess that's a plus.
Also a bad experience, I parked on the grass and within 10min was told to park elsewhere. Pool is always closed. Threatening notices of eviction, because I was out of town and a day late . Smh seems to be going downhill
The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and I love the beautiful landscaping. The management team is responsive and attentive to any concerns. Plus, the amenities really enhance the overall experience.
Mary is simply the best in class management! Her attention to detail and relationships in the community with residents and vendors is heads above the rest. She is absolutely the best!!
I am always greeted with a smile from Ms Mary. She is very professional and always provides us great customer service. When I’ve needed something she promptly responds and takes care of the situation. The park is maintained and cleaned daily. If pools would be taken care of by tenants also they wouldn’t have to close them all the time.
