Great place to stay. Clean. Owners onsite. Good people. Great rates. Been here three months not a single complaint.
Great rv park. Everyone is nice and respectful of rules. I'm so happy I found this rv park.

BRUCE AND WIFE SARIAH RUN THIS CLEAN BEAUTIFUL PARK WITH A FIRM BUT UNDERSTANDING HEART.THERE HAVE BEEN A FEW UNDESIRABLES BUT AFTER AT LEAST 3 WARNINGS,THEY MOVE ON,THANK GOD.A VERY QUIET PLACE TO RETIRE,AND GREAT WINTER HAVEN.
Payed the 1st month and the following, only to end up getting my money back because 4 kids and outside animals is a lot. " And they can see the "future" and the neighbors are just going to be complaining". If its a senior park than that should be said in the beginning. Only reason we got our money back was because 1st he said we had 10 days and the following day after giving the deposit he said we had until that same Friday to get it back. Seemed to good to be true. Didn't even give us a chance. Don't waste your time. Small lots at that doesn't even give you any space unless your a senior citizen
