A friend and I detected this park today. Very nice park lots of trees fresh running water restrooms picnic tables BBQ Pits you name it it's nice.
This place is well worth the drive, especially for family fun in the park WITH SHADE, which is a real rarity in south Texas parks.
Other than working on picnic tables which they are, this park is so clean and in imaculent condition, I remember this park when young and it was so good to see it again, I'll be back real soon to bbq there. Thank you.
Great place to get out in nature. Plenty of shade on those hot south Texas days. Great amenities. Bathroom, water fountains, grills, tables and gym equipment for kids 🚾🚰plus large covered area for groups
Quiet nice clean lil park. It's a little secluded but the kids love it
