Curious about snowbirds? You are likely to meet one or two in this Good neighbor, well-managed and maintained, stable winter-Texan community. Right next to Harlingen South- near Walmart, HEB, restaurants, easy expressway access. You probably can smell big mac’s cooking on Wednesday- McDonalds is a stones throw, Taco Bell a stoners throw away.
Great place to stay but the manager Caroline is a lier and a thief and dumb as a box of rocks. She tells you one thing about the rates and then tries to change u what the website says. Nobody that I met there likes her and u can't talk to the owner. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know what she's doing.
Its a quite place but almost everyone is nosey like pls mind your own business no need to ask me 21 questions the pool is alright but wish everyone can keep to themselves more
Now that we have new management
( Summer ), things are super great. Summer goes out of her way to answer your questions and always is available.
The majority of the people here are nice, except for a few rotten apples like Mrs. And J & Mr. D and a couple of others that are always on the negative. But summer just took over the mess that was left to her from old management.
Keep up the good work summer.we are staying here .
