Located 3 miles west of Mission TX on Business 83. If you are arriving by way of Highway 281, simply take 281 to the Pharr Interchange and take Expressway 83 West. At Bentsen Palm Dr., which intersects 83, turn left and Bentsen Grove Resort is only a mile away.
Been coming here 3 years. This will be our 4th. Whatever shortcomings it may have is made up by the loving caring folks you will meet. Missed the first part of the season having a broken RV. Lots to do, lots of fun, and warm. Rodney Owens.
We decided to check out this mobile home park after it was purchased by the same Michigan business that owns the Donna, TX park in which we live. Overall, I liked it but not as well as our park. Rents were higher, pool was smaller, they had a really good recycling center. I loved the number of trees and the shade provided by them. This resort is too far west for our taste. Our park seems nicer.
I love our park! The new owners are doing their best to update & remodel the park. Everything from new roads, street signs, painting inside of buildings, new lights in the main hall. I could go on & on. It is so refreshing. Check us out.( If we have room.) This park is very popular because of the friendly community & so many activities.
Bentsen Grove Resort is a 55+ resort with so many programs and activities that you simply cannot do them all! The community watches out for and is very supportive of neighbors. This gated community is a very safe place to live and play. I came here to work camp for 6 months and, like so many others, bought a permanent manufactured home here.
I always say, "When you've found the best, why look at the rest?" Bentsen Grove Resort is the best!
My grandparents have lived here for 26 years and I’ve visited regularly. The pools used to be taken care of more thoroughly. I seem to get a sinus infection if I don’t use a nose clip and that was never the case before. It concerns me that the gates are left open during the day. I’m grateful for some of the neighbors who help my grandparents out, as I know my grandparents did when they were the “young” residents. The indoor pool decking has a new material that stains your feet and the shower room is in desperate need of new everything.
