Very nice manager. She was very helpful. I think this is a good place to stay when in the Rio Grande Valley. This park is small and out in the country. It is very quiet there.

Love staying here. The owners are wonderful and work hard at making your visit a great time. All the people staying here are friendly and takes care of each other. My favorite park to stay at. Enjoy 😎

There is no pool, so if you're looking for services usually associated with a five star RV park, look elsewhere. But if you enjoy the camaraderie of a close knit community, this place can be called home. The owners, Linda and Pat Faltersack, will bend over backwards to accommodate your every need, and the "residents" are always there to help a neighbor. I've been coming here for 9 years, and I wouldn't even consider another park.

Absolutely love this place! Owners Linda &Pat are salt of the earth folks..there is a wonderful sense of community there. This park, has the nicest folks we have met in 4 years on the the road. Nice level sites, great value. Ken is the man with a plan there, does a good job holding down "the fort".

The best! No pool but not something I utilize anyway. The best guest and owners. I've been full-time rv snowbird living for 9 years and these are the friendliest people I've met in the Rio Grande Valley. Best price too
