From jct FM 1016 & US 83: Go 2-1/2 mi E on US 83, then 1 mi N on FM 494, then 1/4 mi E on Bus US 83.
My good friend lives there it's a nice quiet peaceful age 55 and over place to live. She purchased a trailer home double wide. Great price, great location, alot of privacy.
I was called for a small repair job. While working there I met some of the nicest people around. Everybody seems to be happy and friendly I was really amazed at how clean and organized the whole area was in general.
