When I ended my stay I went into office to pay my rent and electric the manager Terri told me “not to worry about it she will take care of it” I said are you sure it’s over $400 balance she said yes I’ll take care of it. I left now about 1 month later I’m receiving a email from New manager demanding payment now after I was told Terri would take care of it! Hmmmm looks like old manager didn’t live up to her statement. I wonder if the owners know how much money they are losing monthly with this Terri manager in charge

Update 10/10/23

Still receiving phone calls and emails requesting payment? Terri I thought you took care of this?

Nice quiet place. Very affordable. Clean. I'm glad to see the park with new management adding features and upgrading the internet. Big Plus. I will stay here again gladly.

It'd be nice to have a pool. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra. I was there for about 6 months. I would stay longer. The people that stay there are very friendly, and helpful. The amenities were awesome. Residents always cooking and sharing food. Terry, the manager is awesome. Very friendly Hope to be back in March, and For the gentleman that owes $400 just pay it. Quit trying to get Terry in trouble. You are going to pay for that month anyway..

We had a rough start to our stay. We arrived on a Sunday. We didn’t know the gate code and got an answering machine at the office. We eventually got in and set up. The park is beautiful. The manager is kind. And we met some awesome campers. The best part is they had three community meals the week we were there. Definitely a place we would revisit.
