This is the place! My wife and I wanted a place, to get away from the snow in Wisconsin. Compared other parks (some were very deceitful...do your homework!). Anyplace that that carps on about how"exclusive" it is, and there are TONS of units for sale... something doesn't add up. Start the jalopy and make tracks.

San Juan Gardens is also very reasonable on monthly rent, if you buy a unit there. (Half the cost of many competitors, actually). Let the bumpkins from the hinterlands pay that loot, not you. SJG is upfront, has friendly onsite management and offets lots of the usual amenities. Lots are decent sized, and the quality of guests/residents is impressive. The overall condition of the place is pretty good.

San Juan is close to McAllen for good shopping and acceptable medical care.

I'll tell you right now, it's a popular place, and for many good reasons. Travel on, and have fun!
