Coming from Hwy 281, go East on I-2. Exit Main St, La Feria. Turn left, go under underpass, community is on your left. From Hwy 77 South, Exit 26B towards McAllen. Travel west on I-2, exit at Kansas City St. At light, turn right onto Main St/FM-506, community is on your left.
Kudos for a nice retirement community and physical setting. One point deducted for occasional management pettiness. They could be a little more appreciative of the people who live here and keep them in business.
The park is very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and the manager is very helpful and caring. There are always events for the residents and the community gets to be involved as well.
The park employees are very friendly and helpful. But the winter Texans are absolutely wonderful. We have been going to the valley for 5 years. This will be our 6th. We love this park, there is so much to do to keep yourself busy.
A Great Place to live, Quite, with a wonderful staff that carry positive personalities! .
