Lots of space, the office staff are awesome. This is a clean, well kept park. Everyone is friendly and the park is quiet. Perfectly priced, situated between some nice towns to visit, shopping is a short drive. Pet friendly! Definitely Will return.

What a nice stop on our journey. Spent 2 nights with Passport America discount. We had a pull through big enough for a 40' motorhome with a tow Jeep. Level sites, really good water. Quiet even though it's easily accessed by the highway. Pond full of ducks to watch. Not real busy since it's a new rv park.

We entertained the idea of this rural park as our winter Texas home. Not quite what we were looking for. It's old, which isn't necessarily bad, but appears it could use facilities updating.

Everyone we meet was very friendly but it's not quite for us.

Needs to be cleaned up. Old trailers in disrepair.
