Over priced per month. Utility bills too high. No extras at all, just a lot for your RV. Too many rules. That they change when they feel like it. For the total price you pay here you could get shower, laundry, pool, activities, free internet, elsewhere.
This review is about the company Cairns Communities that owns it. They also own Riveridge on Trinity Blvd. They do not take care of properties. Only one manager to handle 3 different properties. I have not received my deposit back from Feb 2017. There have been many 'checks in the mail' promises. They apparently do not follow the few rental laws of Texas. I would not rent or do any business with this company in the future.
Terrible, dirty, un kept RV park. Was the only place in 2016 with a spot so had no choice until a better park finally opened. Manager didn’t care about problems, she would say she was tired of telling management because they won’t do anything. The first spot we had, the neighbor was dumping his black water tank right in our front yard because his sewer hose had rotted. We told management, several days later nothing was done so we called the city. The city made the owner fix his hose but the park didn’t appreciate us calling the city. We moved to another spot to have the sewer coming up from the ground and when dumping, the sewer would come up in neighbors sewer drop because the holding tanks were too full. Had trouble with Ex-cons in park and again management did nothing. A spot finally opened up in Roanoke, so we were able to move.
Carla is great. The park is great. There are no amenities here but plenty of restaurants near by and a great laundromat that has a wash and fold service for $1 a pound. Very quiet and peaceful place. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area for awhile. Darrel the maintenance guy is cool too. These folks always make you feel at home.
