Nice--we like it here. This is a smaller, mid range resort. The people are friendly and the staff members have been very accommodating. Nice pool area. Activities everyday. Close to shopping and very safe.
My parents have been here for over 25 years. Love visiting. Great clubhouse and warm pool. The location is in the middle of the valley and close to Progresso , Mexico. Fun shuffleboard crew. Excellent front office staff.

No Stars. I was born and raised in Mercdes. I got first hand information from other RV residents about the new Management. Total failure.
I moved to Paradise South in 2018. It’s a smaller park which I love because people are more like family then neighbors. The park is making great new improvements, bring our little piece of heaven do to neighbors and friends to a little piece of paradise. Great manager and staff.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Nice pool area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again!
