Nash management good neighbors quiet area all around nice place we do have a vacant spot out here come on out live a spell you won't be sorry
was a nice place now not so much place is getting full of out of control teens and just had some tweeker beating his bag of clothes while laying in the middle of the road. have called office about trash and issues and no response. place has gone downhill fast.
Can't get internet here, owners refuse too trim trees for service. non local residents climbing all over the pier, people speeding threw like its Nascar almost hitting my children! Owners of the garage door shop ran threw (yes threw) someone else's shed and did not pay for the damage. Said shop also rear ended a red car in the park and took off without owner knowing. Horrible place
We love our Mobile Home park. Dwayne and Mary the managers are the sweetest people. We've only had minor issues with our home and the owners fixed them. Plus there's a maintenance man that can fix minor things. There is a private area to fish, and the park stays pretty quiet.
Maybe .my comment about there being some characters in your neck of the woods, withe there being good people as well was a little too broad of a statement. I just purchased a tiny home online. I guess I got in a hurry and didn't realize that it comes with wheels. Long story short, I was wanting to place it somewhere near the lake to pose as a little getaway home. I went to many RV parks, even not so close to the lake. I have no complaints and have visited your establishment on at least two occasions, simply sizing up the scenery. In actuality, I found your park to look very nice and probably, the nicest in the area. I guess what I was trying to say is that you were the good people. Maybe a diamond in the rough if I may. I gave you a general rating , simply because I currently am not a tenant. There's always that one everywhere you go, but I have no complaints. You have a nice place to say the very least.
