This place has truly grown since we started going here. There are so many cool things to look at while your here. My favorite though is purchasing cedar. The cedar board prices are very reasonable and are absolutely gorgeous pieces. I have had "the cedar man" do many pieces of customized work for us as gifts and they are truly amazing. Be sure and check this place out when you get a chance, they have something for everyone.

Like a little flea market. No telling what you can find. You will most definitely find friendly people. Went again and the folks were even friendlier, if that's possible 👍

Young people look out. Because the manager is nothing but and lier and a Bit#h. Even if you do everything right or ask to do. They do not want young people even if they are married and have kids she is mean to you and your kids. Was always respectful and done want I was asking to do. But the older people can have dirty RV and nothing be said and can have F Up RV and nothing but said but let you be young married or even just young you can not get a way from it. She will also tell you that it was a mistake you let you live there or you may need to find some were else to live. Listen am the young man that don't like loud music and I respect my neighbors and try to work with them and I keep my lot clean and it the only RV park that I have be disrespectful to and mistreated by being a young man. So if your young or even in your 50s don't even try. But if you dying or disabled the place is for you but still I would watch out for the Bit#h and sorry you people read this and the words I use but it the way I feel towards the manager being towards me and don't get me started on the owner

Clean park. Respectful people living there that keep up their areas and park rules for quiet time after certain hours. It's a big park with laundry rooms, bathroom facilities w/showers, vending machines, dumpsters & entrances on both sides of park. Not in town but not far from it. Just a couple miles to the gas station, fast food & grocery stores. There are storage facilities that can be rented and on weekends they have an area of buildings used for trades days. The property is kept up and there is a nice pond near the front with trades days and storage buildings. Located in an area that is not far from I20 or hwy 80, and you are between Longview, White Oak & Kilgore. The location makes it easy access to many main roads and towns.
