Disclaimer, I prefer to tent camp with electric. I stayed at this campground with my kids during the week to get an actual experience of the facilities and feel out the area. We stayed Tuesday through Thursday in June. First things first, the bathrooms were EXCEPTIONAL, so clean and nice! They don't have the common bathroom smell of other campgrounds, I was amazed. I saw someone come clean the bathrooms and showers twice everyday of our stay. Second, there is so much for kids to do. There was a newly installed slushy machine in the front office/store which is great for kids. They have 2 fishing ponds and a swimming pond with a beach area. A really nice play ground and giant jumping pillow. There was also a game room with some arcade games as well an area with table and chairs for bingo. Those bathrooms off the bingo area also EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Third, check in was so easy we had no issues the whole time we stayed. The price for tent site with electric and water spout was only $35/night. I didn't hear a lot of loud people or partying during the night and the entire campground is well maintained. You can definitely tell the owners are putting a lot of work into this place. Everyday we saw different types of work being done, even though we only noticed while swimming as the pond is right off the main path in and out of the park. The only issue was the swimming pool was not open. I did meet some other seasonal campers who said the owners are on a list to have the pool inspected and they can't open it until after inspected. But you can tell this place is only going one way, UP! I would say if you are looking for a place that is safe, clean, and fun give this place a chance!!!

Amazing campground! We had a great 3 night stay here and we will be back. Steve was down to earth and so welcoming! They have made this campground a great place too camp and enjoy! We went with another family and we really liked that they let us pull through so our campers were open to eachother. We enjoyed taking our kids on golf cart rides and to the bouncy pillow, the playground, fishing and the swimming beach! We had a good time watching the watermelon race event that they had the weekend we stayed. The bathrooms we stopped in were so clean and everything is so well taken care of. The store is so nice too. To the owners and staff- thank you thank you thank you! Our stay was such a great experience and we were all sad to leave! Until next time

Ps. Great slushies are found in the store. Get yourself some!!

My family and I had an amazing time. Very kid friendly, good playground set, and they have a kangaroo jump pad. The swimming area was great and clean water. The cabin we stayed in was just perfect. We also went fishing at the fishing ponds and caught about 7 bluegill. I recommend this place for camping with the family.
