KimTam Park at Melanie Springs

Great attraction to take family & friends to spend the day swimming and relaxing. The shelter house is really a very nice set up for a family reunion and/ or birthday party. Fun for all ages. I loved that the sand was smooth to walk on in the lake.

My kids and I loved it here. Nice lake with plenty of room for everyone to have somewhere to sit socially distant. There is a nice shallow area and also a deep end with a diving board, slides, sandy beach, concession stand. The owner was doing activities for the kids, overall excellent experience!

Had an amazing time, we camped a few nights and the staff so accommodating. They were kind ,and attentive to anything we needed. The swimming area was well maintained and clean.

Friendly staff and I adore the owners mom. Rose makes you feel like you are family. I didn't want to leave!! I want to live there!!!

We had an incredible holiday today at Kim Tam Park. The owners were so attentive and wonderful! It’s was our first time and we immediately bought a season pass for next year! The lifeguards were on point and the water was so clean! This is a wonderful and affordable place to bring your family. There are plenty of picnic tables, grills and a nice play ground. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful spring fed swimming lake.
