Pretty cheap. Was close to public transit. Gated. Staff was friendly. But those are about the only good things about the park. It was in a sketchy area of town, heard gunshots in the night often. Didn't feel super safe.

We stayed here for a week, just working to help with the tornado that went through Arabi. Definitely not an RV Resort, but a clean, safe (gated), quiet place to park. Not alot of space to park, but they allow 2 spaces for your Rv & vehicle. There were junkie parts (back by the dumpster), but the bath house w showers and laundry house were very clean. At night it sounded like there were alot of motorcycle and car racing in the area, but once we turned on our AC, we weren't bothered by it. We would come back if only needed a place to park while working during the day. Nice folks in the office.

SCAMMED- I called ahead and was told it would be “$85 for the two nights”

We got there and was again told it was $85 for the two nights, then as the woman was checking me out her husband come out and was very chatting and friendly, looking back at it now was really just distracting - she ran my card and had me sign and gave me a stack of papers that included bus routes and maps and things of that sort- unfortunately my receipt was somewhere in this pile… which I threw away not thinking because we had just driven several hours..

after leaving I checked my bank and noticed the charge from them was $186.06.

Wasn’t worried since they were so friendly I thought it was just a mistake and so I called for them to help settle it… was then told it was $85 A NIGHT plus tax and we were charged more because of Mardi Gras- she then yelled saying I signed a receipt and then hung up on me. A lesson learnt for me definitely to not throw away receipts and read before signing! Beware folks!

As a self-contained unit, this was perfect. The surrounding area is rough, but you are in New Orleans,15 minutes to everything. The RV park is fenced and we felt safe the entire time. You have more than enough space, the hookups are good and the price is right. The owners are friendly, helpful and have a grocery store up front that was super convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing staff/owner! Our Vehicle needed a jump on the first night after closing and they still came out and assisted us. Ray is such a funny gentleman. He is kind and very knowledgeable about the local area. Bathrooms are clean. Area is secure. Highly recommended this very affordable location.
