Hi, I just wanna leave a review regarding a campsite specifically that is listed as a premium site and you pay more for this site and we get here we’re in a 28 foot camper with no slides and it is so small here we cannot open our awning. I am in a wheelchair. We normally get the premium site due to that because I can get around the camper and sit by the fire, I contacted the office to tell them the situation and they were no help whatsoever. All she said was oh OK I don’t know why they called it a premium site. Needless to say nothing was done and we’re here for four days if we leave we lose our money. I’ve never complained at a campground never and I’ve been in some that are pretty bad, but as long as we can set up and we’re good, this is ridiculous and up until this I love this campground . It’s Thanksgiving week and we plan this months in advance. There was no stipulations at all on the reservations that specified the size of your camper and if so, this should definitely not be listed as a premium site not only is the site really small it’s right against the main road And it’s very loud it’s just completely ridiculous never will I come here again and I will tell everybody I know.

I'm giving one star because I have to, and that's being generous.

Disclaimer: I have not stayed at this park nor will I ever.

My older mother has worked there since April 2022. So many nights she has come home crying and stressed out due to the conditions in the office. She has endured bullying and verbal abuse from a particular co-worker, and when she voiced her concerns to management, nothing was done.

Yesterday, my mother did her job as she was instructed to do by management, and was berated and yelled at by this co-worker. Trying to get a word in to defend herself, my mom raised her voice. A maintenance worker then came in and was threatening to report them both to the owner.

She got a call today from the manager who proceeded to tell her she was wrong for what she did and fired her.

Management is seemingly useless and doesn't even want to be there, and the staff is apparently allowed to do whatever they please to anyone.

I would rather spend my money somewhere where they care about people. If they treat their employees this way, imagine what they think of their customers.

UPDATE:

I don't think you needed to state the obvious of who I am. I made it very clear in my review.

Of course she's disgruntled. She was screamed at by a co-worker who still has her job. And if giving up a day of work for a short while to my mother entitled this person to berate my mother and control what she does or doesn't do at work then you have a more serious issue with someone with a god complex.

A bonus for time worked does not make up for the big issues that aren't being addressed. Issues that make your employees not feel heard and walked on. How many times did she pick up a shift and even worked a double due to others calling in. You will not make her out to be the problem here. There were zero issues before the said employee started working there, and you all know it. Do better.

We did not stay in a cabin, we had our RV. This was our second stay and so far the staff has been amazing, it is a quiet location, easy in and out and the neighboring hotel that allows use of their pool was amazing as well. I wish they allowed me to park my camper there all year, I would gladly pay the price and make the 4 plus hour trip every weekend to go. For now I will just have to book a couple weeks each year. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area and want to be within walking distance of a lot of stuff in Pigeon Forge.

Spent 7 nights in this clean maintained shady campground. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely. Two couples of our friends where staying elsewhere. When they visited us they were blown away and said they would stay there next time.

Great Campground in pigeon Forge very close to Dolly world. The office staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful the sites were fantastic very quiet there easy to get around. The water and the water pressure were great!! The office staff, Tabatha & Lori ,couldn't have been more helpful in having us extend our stay. Great showers great laundry room. Easy to get to Gatlinburg from their easy to get to the Smoky mountains from there, easy to get to Sevierville from there!! 👍👍👍
