We are located on Waldens Creek at the Foot of Wears Mountain. We are near the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, outlet malls, amusements, theaters, restaurants, golf courses and more.
From north city limits at jct US 441 & Wear's Valley Rd (US 321) stop light #3: Go 1 mi W on Wear's Valley Rd (US 321).
Have had a good experience here. I will definitely be coming back next year. Very friendly, thank you all for having us.
This is a cute little park.😃 My second time here. 🙌🏻Right in the middle of everything. Close to town yet not right in the town.
Very close quarters on some of the sites🫣 and quite honestly I have no idea how people parked their big rigs there.🤷🏻♂️ If I had a fifth wheel I wouldn't even attempt to drive it into that campground, yet there they are.
Out of season you may have a chance to get one of the more desirable sites. Nice clean bathrooms, excellent laundry room, 🧺and beautiful pool. The laundry room has strange hours. Not sure why it even has hours of operation?🤔 The pool was still closed, again,2 years later 🤷🏻♂️,
I was fortunate enough to have one of the 8 sites down in the back by the stream and dog walk.🐩🐕 They have a small store, and serve ☕ coffee in the community room.
We stayed on Memorial Day weekend. Staff was extremely nice and professional. The campground was clean and well maintained. Campsites was closer together than I usually like but it was still manageable. They don’t have designated fire pits on the camp sites, you have to get a fire ring from the office. There’s not many available so if you like containing your campfires maybe bring one of your own. Only real draw back to this campground for us was they have several permanent campers. That said it’s not like most places who allow extended stays. All the permanent sites was well kept and not cluttered with stuff. Overall we would definitely come back if our other campgrounds in the area are booked.
We love this place. Super nice people running it. Reasonable rates, fhu, quiet, but yet close to everything. We've stayed at lots of campgrounds in the Smokies over 35+ yrs of camping but this is now the only one we stay at.
Great little campground just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Easy check in. Friendly people. No wifi, but who actually goes camping and wants that?! The peace from being unplugged is amazing! We will definitely stay here again!
