We stayed 5 nights and had a great time! Pros:

Bath house was clean (as always) laundry facility easy to use with my credit card at the machines. We had a concrete site & everyone around us was friendly.

Cons:

Our fire pit had a lot of cigarette butts & some trash in it from the previous campers. (We cleaned it out ourselves ) there is now a $25 lock fee to ensure you will get the site you choose, book & pay for. (Other campgrounds in the area are doing same thing)

All & all we had a great time!

This campground is right in town means short drive with little or no hassle makes this stay better. Very active area for the canadian geese and mallard ducks on the river. It was entertaining and relaxing to watch them if you get a spot next to the river. The pool is heated and has shallow to deep levels (3ft to 5ft). Also has 1ft shallow pool for the young kids. There is a water fountain and sprinklers for the kids to play around, very fun. There is a playground for the kids to have another fun thing to do! Also dogs friendly place, no pet fee! Bath house has drink vending machines, arcades, laundry mat, and bathrooms with shower and bench outside of the shower. Kept clean campground is very professional and appreciative. I'm glad I chose this place to surprise my family for a fun getaway weekend. We had fun!

Most enjoyable campground in Tennessee. We love spending our vacations with you all. You all are so nice, and we feel greatly blessed to know each and everyone of you!! You have been like family to us. The bath house is nice and clean,as always. Do your laundry while showering. Campgrounds are well kept, and very nice. You can't beat the staff they are wonderful!! # 1 recommended in my book!

Loved this campground! Would recommend to anyone. It was our first trip to Pigeon Forge with our camper and we picked the perfect place. It was clean, close to everything in need, and less than 10 minutes to Dollywood! The staff was super friendly - shout out to Tom for checking in and Teresa and Donna for being so helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed along the river in our camper. Nice location, the weather turned to cold and wet so would love to come when nice weather. The bathhouse is incredible. Nice showers and bathrooms and private and the laundry was excellent. The playground for the kiddos was fantastic. Didn't use the pool but sure looked great. People were so friendly, both staff and the other campers. Trolley great too. Go there.
